Thanks for the comments, I'm enjoying making this one. As soon as I uploaded the pics though, I realised the brakes and sandpipe were wrong  These have now been corrected. I've had it running in the sim, but several parts have had to be added by freightanim. The model is currently over 15000 polys.
I had hoped to upload by Christmas, but it's looking more like the New Year now -family comes first!

Hi Danny,

Another masterpiece about to hit the rails I see, Keep up the good work and have a good holiday season, that goes for the whole UKTS community, and release the loco when you have time and when it's ready to roll, no need to rush it.

Cheerio, Doug

Thanks everyone for your comments and greetings - a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all too. :D I wonder if we'll still be as keen on MSTS this time next year?

I'm sure I will Danny, I just don't like KRS and even if MSTS2 comes on the scene next year, its going to be a while before it has as many rescources, as MSTS has. I think MSTS2 will be aimed mainly at the American market, more than the British & European, for the first six months at least. It will be the community that will kick this new simulator into gear, as was the case with MSTS.

So I think for a lot of us that still like MSTS, we will probably still be using it at this time next year, maybe not as many of us, but there will still be those few who will always run it, or keep it filed away, should they want to use it anytime. It's been around too long for us, to just forget about it. :D :D :D

You're probably right, Geoff. I just hope that MSTS2 is a little easier to use than KRS - I couldn't even manage a reskin for that.

Finished and ready for final textures - once I can get it into the sim! I can't at the moment so I might need to re-make a couple of parts, or include them with the freightanim. Then it's onto the tender.
