Currently adding rods and animating. Still a few bits to add to the loco and then need to revisit textures before starting on the tender.

Agree - this looks really good. One little niggle though - the front numberplate looks a bit small to my eyes.

My railway photos are now on Google + - links to the albums are in this thread http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 9&t=149558

Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Alan, I think you're right about the smokebox door number - I'll make it larger.

Very nice Danny, it's looking very good :)

Can I ask? Is the loco made in TSM and if it is how did you manage to keep the poly count down if those are actual spoked wheels?

Every time I've tried making them the model doesn't show in the RE :(

Mmmmmm! I am using TSM - but the poly count is pretty high, the statistics are showing 22000 on completion. I have managed to get the model into MSTS with the wheels included, but I haven't tried it with cylinders and rods etc added as yet - I've had a HDD failure and lost all my MSTS files (luckily TSM was on a separate drive).
I thought I'd press on and finish the model and then worry about getting it into MSTS later! :D This is my first model with spoked wheels so I'm still learning...........
