Virgin Trains DLV

Post by Backfoot2002 »

I had a stab at getting a DLV to match the EHP2 stock. I resized Jonathan Powells model and adjusted my textures to try and match the two. Here is the result so far. I still need to work on the lights a little, but hopefully should look alright once completed.

You are a star Anton! And that DVT matches the EH stock perfectly too mate.

Are you planning to do 82126 as well? If not, I would like to have a word via PM about I plan I have.

Could just be the angle that its taken from, but in the first picture, it kinda looks to me like the back end is sticking rather far off the bogies... It might just be me though...

Its just you, they are fine in the sim. Its the same as the DLV model that it already up, just resized in Shape File Manager. Everything is enlarged slighty.

Thanks Anton,

I'm looking forward to downloading this one. Are you looking for a beta-tester for this by any chance? :D.

Now a Wessex & Shropshire set would be perfect as we now have a matching DVT! ;).

Thanks for correcting me and putting me straight. I know it begin with a W as they use W&S on the http://www.wnxx.com forum a lot but I forgot the name until now. So its Wrexham & Shropshire.

Ta

Still would be nice to have a set once the actual trains are up and running! ;).

Would I need the bin patch or can I use these "out of the box"?
