Is anyone going to do a reskin of the London-Brighton Addpack NSE 456 into the Southern 456?

i doubt it will be done considering that it is a commercial product and it is very unlikely permission would be given to upload it.

Dont see why you should be bothered about LBE, isnt LSC all the rave.
