Project :: Conecting Capitals

Ive jsut embarked upon a new project todo variations of the first capital connect class 319 EMUs.
ive been a very busy bee...
:: Tonights progress as follows with model by Ben Laws & Original textures by Steve Enefer ::
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) 319384 in ex-thameslink livery with purple First Capital Connect branding
(i did this one a while back for personal use but i will now upload it

)

2) 319442 in ex-thameslink livery with white first capital connect branding
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3) 319007 in ex-southern livery with white First Capital Connect branding
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fourth will be the plain blue with yellow doors variation; and finally fifth will be the newer thameslink livery.. unbranded.

ok... does anyone know what numerical series the coaches are numbered in with the 319s.... ie
im guessing that 319007 would be 'xx007'??

Not quite as simple as that ...

Fleet lists - EMU - Class 319
Contains all the coach numbers for the 319s.

The front do with a little more attention. See from this pic:

The orange line needs to continue across the front. The may need slight adjustments at the front too. Also I think the roof are the same blue as they are on the sides. Apart from that its looking ok.

Really like 384, but something about 442 and 007 makes them feel a lot "flatter" in the textures around the doors, not a major gripe or anything, just something I was thinking about last night, but then of course, I've not actually seen them ingame, or in full sized screenshots, so I might be totally wrong (wouldn't be the first time, lol)
Secondly, could I be really rude and ask if there's any chance of seeing a version in southern livery with the original branding?

once ive got them to a presentable state later this eveing i'll post some shots of them in-game. as to the southern one.. im not planning one at the moment.. but it could become a possibilty

ok.. done the weathering.. jsut about finished id say.. but IMO, they look better in the sim than in shapeviewer

I notice you have done 010's special livery. Are you planning
001's to complete the set? Should be relativly straight forward.

im just adding the finer details (such as carriage numbers) and then if i get time i will do 001

might even do the newer thameslink livery

i have now completed 319384,442,007 and 010
i wont be doing 001 for now.. but i may well do at a later date
i will be ready to load them up once they're tested
