:(

Did you look at this page http://steam4me.railpage.org.au/trainsi ... co_04.html

It explains how to do both motion and rotation for the connecting rods in TSM... I have not yet been brave enough to build a loco with outside motion so I do not know how easy it is to follow :-?

Hope it helps you to get everything working.
Regards

:) :) this is the time you realise how much is still left to do, LODs with Polymaster, textures, different bits for different time periods (must send you a Drummond chimney  ) fiddling the .sd files and bounding boxes to get engine-tender and coupling distances correct, and getting a .eng file that gives something like the right performance, and sounds... :) :)

Welcome to loco building for MSTS.

P.S. are you doing the custom cab or am I?

On whos going to do the custom cab, i never made one in my life.

well a bit more done now, mostly complete (minus textures) above runningplate, and below brake gear and front bogie needs doing
Image
anyone know what it says on the plates on the front splasher and cab,if anyone near glasgow could get some pictures that would be extremely useful, also does anyone have any pictures of the inside of the cab?

Darwin could you send me the HR font at some point soon?

Think that I can help with all of the above, will try to send all by the weekend.

I was also just starting to adapt the Ben/Barney cab to make a Big Goods/Loch cab... :D (as I am making night textures to make my earlier cabs compatible with MSTS bin)

Truly wonderful, im very impressed. There does appear to be a case of the engine sinking into the rails a bit, will anything be done about this?
