I remember seeing a photo of a MK2d FK in a rake a while back, don't know if it's the same.

The differences between 2d/e & f are mainly interior MK2D TSO's have toilet's same side MK2E & F's opposite and have luggage racks. MK2F have automatic sliding interior doors, plastic panelling and MK3 style seats. MK2E & F only had FO/TSO & BSO while 2D's had BFK's and FK's

Also MK2F appeared in Blue/Grey, Inter City, Anglia, Virgin, Arriva, FGW and a couple in stagecoach.

The only outside differences there are that i can see are the 2F TSO's have toilet windows one end on each side and the vestible end doors are white.
