so come on then dog, basil or wot ever ya name is, i want to know who you are, my dad was just involved in putting it back together in wildenwrath, he works at fratton train care depot. as for buffy, we get along now, we were victims of someone else, as for the "wot caused complete hell", the answer is.................. 3809 with an aws failure and as for the "wot couldnt get the brakes off at winchester for 10 minutes", the answer is.......... a 4-4-2, woooo i got both questions right:-} now for the point of the forum, is anybody making a desiro?

I thought just Gatwick Express had Junipers.

But is someone going to make a Juniper? I saw one once and thought it looked quite impressive.

buffys making a juniper, and its almost done, we are mates now, so i stand by him and say junipers are ok

desiros are also operating on the heathrow express, but with just 24 units, some might say they are living with their heads in the clouds!!!

Are you sure they are Desiros ? I know they are Siemens, but not seen anything that says they are, and they don't look anything like them.

The Siemens AG 'family' of Desiro trains is made up of DESIRO VT 642,
DESIRO UK, DESIRO ET Malaysia, DESIRO OSE and DESIRO Slowenien.
The Class 332 And 333 units are Siemens ET trains and definitely not part of the Desiro build. The first orders for Desiro UK sets are SWT and FGE. (Info from Siemens).
