Well lets just hope that Buffy doesn't read the other forum and doesn't see this then! Because when his version is ready I will be the first to download it!

And as for telling Buffy and the others to feel free to be on standby....
I hope your model is going to be REALLY good.... :)

well I voted for 73109 as it is the best thing SWT have, all the others are units at least the 73 is a proper engine :D.

I've seen the other thread, and heres the reply I put there....

Well, I live in Fareham, (not really sure what difference that makes) and to put it bluntly and without directing it at anyone in particular, I'm going to built what the hell I like, paint it the liveries and number I like and upload it where ever I like.
I'm not in any competition, (certainly not for the 'right' to build something).
Regarding the Desiro, I don't have the time to build EVERY thing I want to do, so do what you like, I'm certainly going to.....

I'm not going to raise to any bait or attack anyone, just don't expect me to pay any attention to any result ;-)
And regarding the Wessex, I have access to someone with 1st hand technical experience of them.

No, you will find its saddoes who can't stand them - the rest of us think they are just about as 'real' as it gets (not that I expect people who like plastic to understand that)....

wait a minute, i've just made a mega apology to buffy and here's the evidence that i was right after all, buffy wading in like a 5 year old saying i'm gonna do what i want, when i want, and there ain't nothing you can do about it!! dosen't he sound like stone cold steve austin, he might aswell of said, "and thats the bottom line, cos buffy juniper 500 said so"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or "and it will be the very worst day of you're life"! i've had enough of trying to stop my idea from sinking, if ya wanna build a wessie fine, i won't referee who's is better and i won't referee the desiro's{which, incidently will be running from 8th november this year} when a war starts about them

Plastic

Post by alisterbetts »

Maybe all this plastic's gone to my brain but I thought a desiro was a chocolate bar. No plastic in a 4-sub

I like the subs as i feel you get added comfort people hate them because 1: dirty
b :-? : involves opening a door
3:comfort.

However they have added security with the new trains gaurd are beeing pulled back and come on at intermediate stations, the seats will be better on the older as they were built for passengers in mind new ones fit more in and will have you sitting so upright youle feel like youve grown 2 inches!!

Please can you and buffy stop pickering im not going to get involved its not getting you guys anywhere :argue: :argue: :argue:

Perhaps I'd better speak to Phil Eke about your dad then - perhaps he can then have a word with you.... (If your dad was involved with taking 3810 to Wildenrath, he will know who Phil Eke is...)
