Its practice. Obviously when you start you cant expect to the get perfect results. You always learn new things as you go along.

I think that you've done a great job there

it looks really good and you have done a great reskin, although one small nitpick though shouldn't the London Overground logo be in the middle of the train? (

Yeah... that can easily be resolved
I also intend to realias the sounds somehow, since the sound pack they are currently aliased to is no longer available...
