I don't want to be controversial here, but I find overcrowding is really bad on some evenings, and for my journey home (Guildford - Milford), I appreciate the extra space of a 450, 444s really do lack standing room. So, for short journeys, the 450s are much better.

sure 450s are better for short journeys but not for long journeys if your sat down
