wip industrial

Post by wookey »

Just a couple of shots of the loco i'm currently making, quite pleased with its progress now :), 3D canvas seems to be proving a much much better and more stable program than TSM.

Once again many thanks to decapod, without his online tutorials i'd be finding this a lot more difficult.

Looking good Dan,

I'm glad more people are building tank locos, esp Industrials.

There are far too many express locos around and not enough of the real workers.

Now all we have to do is persuade you round to the "Southern" dark side ....

Wookey: location Devon, the last outpost of Southern's withered arm.

How can he not be persuaded?

Dan - I have plans for a lovely Z class 0-8-0 ;) ... lose yourself to the dark side.....

A few SECR/SR/BR(S) locos, built with 3D canvas, could be very useful in the near future (hint hint!)
I would recommend BR(S) liveries.

I will organise some plans and send them out soon.

How confident are you feeling Dan? The Z is a complex loco with outside valve gear.

lol, don't scare me now paul :P

nah, it can't hurt to try, tell you what, send the plans and after an initial look, i'll give you an honest opinion of whether i'm up to it.
