This is something i started working on after being sent some drawings and photos to work from.

Getting there slowly, i still have alot to do, but i think what i have so far is good for 2/3 hours work.

Once this is done i would appreciate help with textures, i can make them, but i'm useless at applying them properly.

Thanks, i'll probably do some coaches for this train once i've got the hang of getting bits and pieces into MSTS.

Quick screenshot of where it is now, i've added the boiler door and the front coupler (along with back, which you can't see).

The front still needs a bit of beefing up and it needs a few bars and handles etc

About what?

This will be up on the UKTrainSim downloads area once it's done.

Excellent! My earliest memories of the W&LLR are of trips to Sylfaen behind No.699 (aka 'Sir Drefaldwyn', aka 'Montgomeryshire'). Alas no longer to be seen in service, being stuffed away in the back of Tanllan Carriage Sheds and only brought out for high days and Gala. There are no plans at present to restore her, 'Joan' being selected for restoration instead.

I can take pics of her for you (I'm up at Llanfair this w/e), but they will be restricted by the location. Anything particular you'd like?
