Wessex Class 150 uploaded at last!

Post by matrix358 »

Phew, after an hour of waiting, the train has been packaged, labelled and uploaded! Hopefully, the unit should be up on the forum by Friday, if not sooner! I have to apologize for removing the train from my personal site. As I've said before, its pretty awkward given that geocities only allows a certain number of downloads before packing up completley. Luckily this will no longer be an issue. The train runs locally in my area and the entire sprinter was textured and rendered using 150221 as a base. The front has been significantly reworked and has a very different feel about it now. The interior is one of my most challenging yet and I'm satisified with it and really feel that it takes the unit onto a new level!

I really do hope you enjoy the train - I've had fun making it and am on to project number 2 now! :)

Cheers!

Although I downloaded it from your website a while ago I still have to say WOW!

Hows the 165 for BVE coming along. Can we see a shot of the cab?

hey! :)

Thanks! I'm really taking my time with this 165 - the sounds were completed quite a while ago and are currently my best yet! They're all digitally recorded and the cabview should convey the same amount of quality and dedication when its completed.

Once again, sorry for the slow upload process with the 150 - its in the line and will be with you shortly! I'll be taking a trip up to cheltenham very soon to grab the graphics and sounds needed to complete the 156 'central trains' unit for msts - am still in the planning stages at the present!

I'm actually near Swindon so Its easy to get any sounds or textures I need as everything is literally at my doorstep! My new job as an estate agent is kind of eating into my spare time a bit so I'm probably going to be in Cheltenham on the Friday coming as its one of the only free afternoons I have!

Awesome - no problem at all, I'm realy glad you like it!
Well - I'm making a brand new 150 model at the moment (150/3) which will probably be the base of another Wessex Livery. Check the 'new class 150' post for details!

cheers!
