Post by 47522 »

The 47 isnt 100% finished but the coaches are, all bar the insides.
I have only got a pic of one coach another to come soon,

I have asked Andy if he could edit the DBSO model, he hasnt got back to me yet,
If poss i would like the upload a pack with a Class 86, 47 Thunderbird, 1st, standerd and MK3 Buffet coaches and a DBSO.

I wondering if a common Anglia Colour Swatch should be uploaded here. The repaint looks gorgeous, but my only gripe is that it looks like yet another different shade for Anglia blue/green.

maybe some form of consistancy should be involved with Angila repaints.

Great work though :)

I guess the most important thing is that it matches this:

Looking really good, by the way.

I could repaint that 86, if you like?
As the coaches where quite hard to repaint...

Thank you very much for the kind comments! :D :P

I'll download the 86 and see what needs to be done

Thanks Matthew

I remember at t-s.com, there was a post saying the standard colours of the train companies. It even included UK which contained NSE, Connex, etc... But I forgot the post link.
If you were wondering, the avatar is me on Planet Stooopid...

whys that?

Id say Bens 156 is the most realistic looking shade for Anglia

Ben's 156 is Arriva, not Anglia- maybe this confusion is why you think the shades differ so much? Can't say I've noticed it that much myself.

The reason it's most important that it matches the 86 is because the 86 is what will be pulling the coaches most often. If the coaches don't match the class 170 (for example), it's less noticeable, as they're not in the same consist.

Having said that, from the screenshots the coaches look fine, and seem to match thestoat's loco well enough.

Looks good, but you might as well do a different number/name.

Hi Matthew

Well done, I think that they look spot-on.
I know that the 47 is very hard to reskin in these colours and think that you have done a great job.

Look forward to these as this is one of my favourite present day liveries.

Cheers

And another set of my textures used without permission - perhaps I should have written the readme in Chineese.
