If u look at the date [2000], it must have been a matter of only a month or so before the Swish livery was painted on them, as the swish liveries were introduced in 2000, and completed in 2002.

nah, im going to leave the sides. With the real ones, the sides arent generally that dirty, with maybe one or two exceptions. Most of the time the majority of the dirt is seen on the front and roof, where, as Forbury pointed out, the washers dont reach.
Its not to clear from the pics ive been providing, but the engine are bogies are on the rusted mucky side, so its been done to some extent.
So its not just the front. Not forgetting the airdam and roof are also dirty!
