You can probably make the windows have translucent.LucaZone wrote:Point noted
up until recently they have followed everyone else and been completely see-through. I want to making them look more like glass, so i'l look into this more
In TGATools2, put only a dark grey, then colour the window part of the .ace black.
If you were wondering, the avatar is me on Planet Stooopid...

No, the destination board is not animated, plus im not aware of any other dot matrix texure display in msts that can do this. If u know of one though, let me know and i will find out how it has been done. Animated GIF or something.johncas wrote:Will is have the destination dot matrix display which is animated and says 2 names like the C2C one which says liverpool street then changes to say Welcome to C2C
What I definately will be doing is providing alternate locations. Dave was clever enough to make the Destination board an unique ACE file, so it can be customised very quickly. So im in the process of collecting various locations and then i will provide them all in the download. Allowing the end user to choose the destination, by simply renaming the ACE file.
Indeed, I have some new ones for the Networkers knocking around here somewhere...LucaZone wrote:What I definately will be doing is providing alternate locations. It needs to be noted about that model, and changing Destination board, that it is linked to the Wipers. So it changes back and forth as the wipers do.
It is not an automatic changing display.
Also that Thames Trains destination baords do not change during transit. So there would be no need to have the display change as the train is moving.

That looks superb.
All the class 165 and 166's I've seen in variations of the Thames Train liveries have a grey painted area around the buffer nose area and cab sides which is shown as white on the 25-08-03 pic.
Maybe the model doesn't allow this area to be textured?
I have some pics I can send if required, They're not mine though and I can't remember which website I saved them from so I won't post them online.

Can you explain what anti tracking paint is? (even if this isn't anti tracking paint)
