I am currently repainting/amending my Class 101s to create the Power Twins described on the Railcar website.
Now I note that on at least one there was the "ER Royal Mail" emblem. Unfortunately I can not find one elsewhere and was wondering whether anybody can point me to an alternative model where I could copy and amend as necessary - assuming any permissions required were granted.
I have used Shape File Manger to create reversed DMBSs, and I have managed to "remove" the internal seats by using the alpha channel. Unforunately this has also removed the driver's seat(s)!!
I intend to create the four sets noted on the above site, and hence the emblem requirement.
In anticipation, Ruf

Re: Class 101s as Express Parcels Units
Have you checked out this?

They have Royal Mail on one side..

As far as I know 50230, 51430, 51441 and 53218 carried the Royal Mail branding in one side, and adittionally Red Star parcel logo on both sides also. http://www.railcar.co.uk/pics/100-109/101/MC05.jpg
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response.
I had seen the pictures you refer to, but to my mind it wasn't conclusive and hence my query.
All I need now is for a suitable picture that I can amend to use in the ACE files.

Re: Class 101s as Express Parcels Units
As I was unable to find a suitable "emblem"
I decided to upload the four sets with "Express Parcels" lettering only. Fell free to add the ER Royal Mail emblem if you can, and if so can you let me have a copy.
I am now working on some BR "White" + Blue Stripe sets, although I have not yet decided how to finish the units ends - either all "White" or part "White" - depends how many decisions I use up at work today!
