The Class 73s worked on Bournmouth to Waterloo when 4REPs were withdrawn so that the elecrical equpiment would be re-used on Class 442s.

I will probubly not give up as I am planning to do an NSE Class 438, but I'm busy with other MSTS projects at the moment.

......and now you know why millions of Scots emigrated, millions more took to the drink and others became deeply religious...... and of course to punish them (and us) further after Harry "popped his clogs" the BBC bought us Andy Stewart for further punishment!!!

After me now..... "Thar waas a soldeeur, a Scotteesh soldeeur, hew wandered far awa........" No wonder there's been a bit of a problem with "the drink" there "up tha rood"?

OK we surrender!!! Sorry about Culloden and all that (even if we know that it was you guys all along) and look we've given you your own parliament now too!

 we'll have to agree to differ on that one Michael. I'm a big fan of Jools Holland because he gets real musicians of ALL sorts onto our screens. Without him I doubt there'd be any live music nowadays? .....but as an avid Radio 4 listener I often here references to characters who used to be on the Tele and I'm always staggered to hear when their last series was!!!! ....but we digress YOUR fault Ruf! Making me wake up to that racket

Back to 3rd Rail Electrics

4 TC and a 33/1 were used on Basingstoke to Reading services on weekends, and there was an odd one during the week, 4TC pushed by a 33/1 coupled to the rear of 8VEP, and continued to Waterloo.
