Hello everyone, I'm a foreigner. I am not a very good level of English. Last night I downloaded a TsTools II 2.0, Because of my poor English proficiency. So very hard to use. Who you help me to change the software into Chinese. Thank you very much!

I'm afraid I don't think it would be possible.
Only the software author would be able to do that.
