Route folder not being created

Heya,
Thought id have another go at route building, and in MSTS as opposed to KRS. Created a new route in RGE, and have populated the tiles, extracted them and set the route editor start tile. However when i go into the routes folder in MSTS there are only the 6 default routes there plus a TEMPLATE folder, however this has no tile information in it.
Loading up route editor I have 7 routes, the 6 defaults and the one I have created, load my Worcestershire Hub route up and it all pops up fine, including the green terrain....
Any thoughts?

Only thing I can think of is a Windows file search (files created today), to see where the folders have been created.

Brings up no results... think im going to uninstall and reinstall. As far as i can recall, when you create a route it creates the route folder, and you then have to drag the contents of the template folder across to get the basic textures, i.e. for the ground and suchlike?

Reinstalled and it now all works fine, the route folder has been created properly. How strange...

Well having managed to get the route folder to appear on a clean MSTS install ive now got my route setup and terrained. Had the white tile issue, which I managed to sort by installing MSTSBin and altering the route editor start tile. Have now loaded MSTS again and route editor now loads a totally flat terrain on a different start tile.
GRRRRRR, id forgotten how annoying RE could be, considering last night I had marker files installed and working fine and was almost ready to start the track laying.
Might try and reinstall on the Win XP machine as opposed to Vista as Route Editor keeps 'not responding' on the vista machine are there any known compatability issues with Vista?

I have switched UAC OFF in Vista, and when I select MSTS/or RE right click and 'run as administrator'. loads fine.
