Sound regions

The MSTS 1 Route Editor can be a beast to use, but it's capable of some amazing results, here you can talk with the wizards that are building some of the fantastic routes available and learn how to make your own.

Sound regions

Post by grahamrfd »

Can anyone please explain how to set up sound regions correctly.I have placed the yellow markers but do i need to place them in pairs with the arrows pointing toward each other to mark the region or is one marker sufficient. Also I need a crossing sms file but can't find one in any of the routes if someone could point me in the right direction I will appreciate it.Another few days and hopefully RE permitting I will have the track laid for a sussex area type route based loosley on the Oxted - Uckfield line but with a bit more mileage, just right for the 3H units.
Thanks
Graham

The crossing.sms file is in the sound folder of Europe1 and USA2 at least, so you must have one somewhere :D

I'm not arguing (just explaining why I'm right).
