African routes

Post by ortegus »

Are there any good African routes available to run my Garratt's on? I love this engine.
Come to Canada and see the REAL Kicking Horse Pass. Travel through the dual spiral tunnels. Ride on the REAL Canadian through the Canadian rockies.

Was that a stop signal back there??

African routes

I still feel that Nairobi-Mombassa has great potential... the route has a UK feel to it, but what the about elephant factor!!!? The overnight sleeper would be one hell of an activity, especially north of Voi...... come on someone!!!!

surely those trains are some of the few where the GP38 would be an acceptable cab?
