I haven't noticed any ground signals in my travels over the route, are there any? and if not is there a particular reason because i am sure there were some in ECML 3.1.

Yeah, the old ground signals messed up acticities. There was one outside St Neots, and on the slow line, you would get the double/single yellow, which meant you slowed down in the belief you were coming up against a red
