Blimey Horgy...thats all up on viaducts innit? Must be a swine to signal...

Hey Vern...and the map idea thingie...I've got Haverthwaite to Lakeside done in UKFS v3 but its tacked onto a fictional route as a branch line. The track is pretty accurate but the long/lat coords are no where near correct...mind you lake Windermere looks kewl no matter where you put it.

Cheers

Nope it doesnt go to nottingham (yet) but it will do, the bit everyone is thinking about is the coal fields lines which go up near mansfield which runs almost a parallel course- Uncharted territory :)

It wasn't hard to signal, just putting the damn viaducts in! LOL

Hopefully within the next 10 - 14 days you can add Crianlarich to Fort William to that. 3D placement is all but done, just the secondaries, signalling/interactives and activities to create.

If you can get me a track diagram I'll make you a stand alone thats more accurate, it'd be a pleasure. Just tell me what signals you want etc. I've been there a few times so I have the general scene of Haverthwaite in my memory as well as Lakeside but I've never ridden the rails

If you want to have a go at the Kenton Link which is what I'm doing now you're more than welcome. In case you don't know I'd better tell you I was sacked from 3DTS for being a pain in the bottom. So my routes are scrubbed clean of any unwanted files and scripts, which means downloading buildings and scenery items. I have ADSL so I can do that and mail you CD's.

I've gone and got all excited at your offer...

Thanks, very sincerely.

Colz

PS I can do the Isile of Manx too if you dont mind standard guage

Excellent news there....even better if you're all working with UKFS...'plug'

My next door neighbour wants to know what a rpute is. I told her it was the same as a route but went in circles much like the LSWR, Long and Stoopid Way Round.

If people want to add there routes to a copy of the map and mail it back to me or lucazone (who has the larger better quality map) then please so - a number of the routes mentioned I'm not sure what the extent is on the map (esp. Vern's ones  up north)

Rpute counts as a short stretch of snail-induced speed restrictions...;)
BTW, on the route, where using the 3ft track that came with Xtracks, we can't really have UKFS, as the IMR is not standard gauge ;).
