Nope. It's not officially vapourware yet, though, and I believe some hope remains that it will be completed one day. An awful lot of work had been done to the route when the mass file withdrawals of January 2006 caused something of a disaster, as a great many objects needed replacing with alternative ones. That, to one degree or another, remains the position as far as i know.

But I still keep my fingers crossed - the WiP shots on the Highworth website still look really good!

Hi Pete
As far as I know, the route and stock had a number of problems.
The withdrawal of some items was the last straw for the route author. Although it could have been added to the freeware library without alteration.
Strictly speaking anything thats not published, for whatever reason, is vaporware.
Its a shame, as it was eagerly awaited by the GWR fans.
However whether it could stand up to the latest batch of superb GWR branch lines, only those with a pre-release copy could say.
Cheers
Jon

There was definatly a sense of atmosphere about the route judging by the photos, and you can never have to many routes for TrainSim
Cheers, Robert :)

One of the high points of the route is the activities.

These tell the story of the route from building to closure.

You start with the workers trains that layed the track and finish with ther track lifting train after closure.

The route itself is still a match current routes.
