If you mean TS Terraform you can get it from uktrainsim.com. BUT...
for some reason you can't find it in the download library or using the obvious searches. Try searching for 'TSTF' as a filename, clicking on more information on the tutorial file it finds and then on 'more from this uploader' - that's how I found it!

Or go in via newest files and roll back about 3 pages.
