The MSTS 1 Route Editor can be a beast to use, but it's capable of some amazing results, here you can talk with the wizards that are building some of the fantastic routes available and learn how to make your own.

DEM Request

Post by rwaceyw »

Hi,

As the site for DEM at ftp://e0dps01u.ecs.nasa.gov/srtm/ appears to have dissapeared, would it be possible for anyone who has the N53W001.zip to send it me?

Thanks :)

David

The site for DEM data has moved. See the sticky about DEM at the top of this forum. Look on page 5...or thereabouts.

take it easy! dont be too rude.

It appears that the DEM location has changed for a 3rd time since I wrote the tutorial, so my second locaiton change is once again invalid. I have now updated the tutorial.

Didn't think I was  Was just informing, not critisising. Sorry if I offended you.
