Help piece of track vanished

The MSTS 1 Route Editor can be a beast to use, but it's capable of some amazing results, here you can talk with the wizards that are building some of the fantastic routes available and learn how to make your own.

Help piece of track vanished

Post by Retro »

Hi,
I have been making some alterations to a route I have. On checking the route I have a section of track missing. The trains will run over the the vanished section without a problem. If I try to select the track either side of the missing section using the Route Editor I get an error saying "adjacent track pieces not loaded. Can't select this track piece". If I add a new piece of track it slots in but the Route Editor then crashes
Any Ideas
Thanks and Regards
James

Hi,
Thanks for reply. I have solved the problem by replacing the relevent Tile .w file in the routes world folder with one when the track was showing. It seems that adding the car spawner to the empty road near the station caused the problem. Not sure why?

Car spawners should be the absolute last thing you add to anything, according to the pundits...
