There is a WCML route called Thames to Mersey set in the 1960s. There is a cd-only mideast uk route based on the ecml in the 1980s. A modern ecml is currently be made. This will be a commercial. A modern wcml is also in developement.

Cheers

The MML is in production by a few people.
  • Track had begun at Sheffield, and Derby
  • Ivanhoe Line (Loughborough-Leicester area) was in production.
  • Nottingham and Derby by MeridianNick
Hope this helps, and sorry if they are wrong, but I cant really remember.

I've done the track work around Bedford, as part of my Marston Vale route, Oakley to Flitwick, I am tempted to extend the route southwards to Luton

Good news you're progressing Chris. Are you tempted to extend to Harpenden ? :)

I may well do, every time I finish a section, i then feel like pushing things further. Also the WCML is being done by two other developers, so the prospect of doing more of the MML is going to be more interesting for the community as a whole.

My Ivanhoe line has been shelved because my backup hardrive decided to wipe all my data (well the file allocation table anyway).

My bro is in the process of trying to salvage the data on my hdd so time will tell weather the route is salvagable. If it is I may give it a go again or restart completely, im waiting to see how the salvage goes.

All in all im pretty pissed because the trackwork around leicester was difficult to do in UKFS. watch theis space! (and my sig!)

I'm also doing a fictionalised Finescale Nottingham-Newark-Grantham triangle, steam era. It's a learning route for me, so don't expect miracles in the way of speed or reality; I'm not even promising an upload, but with luck, you never know.

It's really the Trent Triangle route (well I hope it will be!) It's primarily running from Nottingham Midland (including Eastcroft depot). To Derby Midland, with an expansion to Loughborough on the cards. It's mostly trackwork, and Kerr (Cobos) has built some custom models for it, I'm just fiddiling with Nottingham Midland layout at the moment until I'm happy with it.

Anyone doing the MML should contact me, as I have something of interest in the name of a 12-foot quail map? Not the complete one, but of Leicester and surround areas (towards south mainly).
