Atomic Systems

I have just added a few extra tiles to a Route. I laid the track - about 30 mile only to discover that while driving over the track there is a point where the train just stops (in both direction - dual track) and the program locks up. I have checked "blue line crossings", lenght of track, re-routed the track, and so far no luck

The Route is Gner1 (beta) and I'm just trying to go from York to Northallerton.

Have you managed to get past this problem? I've got no idea what might have caused it; it's just that I live near this route and was wondering whether you are still progressing with it?
