wait!
goto the world folder of your route...
open one of the files. (wordpad)
Now find a entry like the following
the Position ( 967.402 34.9751 -984.261 ) give the X location Y (height) and Z location of your track on the tile.
enter these co-ordinates into the route editor jump window and press jump (it should take you there
) also press the " / " key so it allows you to go below the terrain with your camera.
you should be abled to select the track sections and press " H " to bring them to terrain height.
and re-connect them.
saves removing the terrain and re-generating it from scratch
Or if you want to remove the terrain and start with flat terrain just goto the tiles Folder of your route and remove everything inside the folder. Then goto RGE (route Geometry Extractor) and generate your tiles again.
