How do i explore?

I have created part of my route but i wasnt to explore it to see what i can improve on and check for in-game errors but it doesn't show in the route selection menu in train sim..How do i get it to show?

Create a path for it in the Activity Editor, should be fine then.

You only have to create a short path,the end point can be right in front of the start point,as in explore mode you change all the points yourself.
