Class 56 phase 2

Post by crompton »

Here are a couple of screenies of the Doncaster built/later series of class 56 which will start to appear in the downloads section soon.
They still need a bit of work to smooth out some rough edges here and there so don't expect them until next week.

Still very definately freeware!

Funky2k

Not much chance of a cabview as I dont have access to a 56 at all.
Also there are the 56 cabview and the 47 cabview which are fine for the use that I give them but I would love to see a photo-real cabview for these locos, if anyone has any decent pics I will see what I can do.
Thanks for the compliments guys.

Cheers

Amazing!

Please forgive my ignorance but are you also responsible for the current v2.0 of the 56's in the library i.e. 56028, 56036, 56006, 56027 & 56019?
I love them and an MGR with one of those at the head is still probably the most common mode of transport for me in MSTS.

Fantastic

For now I think I would probably use the Kuju class 50 cab view. That's what I use for my 50s/47s. I know it's not correct but it is very good and anythings better than a Dash9

When I first saw this pic I thought the tree behind the engine was a massive plume of clag ;).
Looks fantastic by the way.
