The stock is rather mixed, all wagons are from the MT Evesham add on, coaching stock from the BATS LMS pack and the Pannier Tank No. 1501 is from the Severn Valley Railway add on. All other locomotives can be downloaded off UKTS:

The borders are something i put together in photoshop, i also do this with my photographs too. If you have photoshop, all you need to do is choose the colour, click image, Canvas size, change both height and width to pixels and choose your size. Then repeat for another colour.

Kieran, I particularly like your 3rd shot. It would be interesting to see the route with the colliery still working and lots of coal around.
