My new 456 in Southern Livery

Post by wertyuv »

Hi guys.
I have just finished my reskin of a 456 into southern Livery. And Desiro 5 (Ali) has tested it and given me some wonderful screenshots of the model.
Once its approved I'll post the link to the File Library just in case anyone wants to download it.
All credit to Ben Laws who made the model in the first place and to Dale Stewart who's skin i replaced.
Enjoy

The Southern logo on the side looks a bit too big. Otherwise nice work. :)

In other words, the windows. On your pics it doesn't look like you can see through the windows of the unit.

If I could make a suggestion, I would ask you to read up on alphas and put them in for the model. Trust me, it makes the world of difference. I had no modelling experience when I did my units, but learning about alphas was pretty simple after reading up on it.

I've done the Southern Class 456 as no-one has done it before.
That was a coincidence!
