Hi Reg
Yes that looks a lot better.....spot on. :P
Sorry for not contacting you , but I didn't want to pester you to make the alterations.
But while pestering......If possible can the headboard clips be sampled from a yellow area ?(as they are currently blue).
and the data panel as a seperate texture would look better.
Yes please I would love a copy.
I'm guessing these are model shape file alterations.........so perhaps a patch file could be made ?
Cheers

Fantastic,I would really love to download these, my favourite class !! then i see D1021 is included too,my loco (very modest here).
I would ask though would you consider doing them without this bin patch thingy, I have had a look at this file/thread and am lost with it.
Prob a big question to ask i know, but no harm in trying.

Noticed that one of the tail lamps has clear glass.

Both should be dark red even when unlit. (Only one would be lit)

Look at your car to see the exact colour.

One of them was the headlight (driver's side) and one the tail light, so the models are correct.

Paul
Please take a look at my photos of steam, buses and diesels etc

Hi Steve
The only reason I mention the bin patch is because I have used a three speed gearbox to simulate the hydraulic drive.
Also I included a working RPM dial in the cabview cvf file.........not sure if this effects non bin msts.
If your happy to remove these from the files they'll work happily without the bin patch.
Lights are setup to change direction with/without bin patch............and even include an internal cab bulkhead light.
Cheers

These loco's did not have headlights in the blue era.
The headcode panel served as the white front marker light.
The two small lights were definately tail lamps.

A headlight in that position would not be powerfull enough to cast any light ahead.
so there would be little point to it.
All locos were required to have two tail lamps in case one of them failed.

Hi Ian
You would think so........ but both the Westerns and Warships (D8xx) had white marker lights on drivers side.

I think this photo shows it off well.

http://www.preserved-diesels.co.uk/2004/1041_18.htm

D1015 had to have a highviz lamp ( incased in the headcode panel) to get its mainline cert.
