Union of South Africa Tour

Post by Lad491 »

Some more shots of steam on Mid East Plus.

These are from the Union of South Africa Tour from Cambridge to Kings x in the Spring. Currently under development. Thanks to Pete Harvey for permission to use the model :)

Not as good screenshots as other people can do, but i hope it gives you an idea of whats coming :)

Nice shots, but is there any chance you could use the updated A4 model?

I know its been reskinned by David Ward, but its still a Peter Harvey model and I'm sure David would have no problem with you using it if you asked him?

Same with the Mk1 coaches as well, they're not exactly the most up to date versions of them either. The routes looking cracking and theres no point using old stock and letting it down that way. :)

It is possible, permissions negotiations are continuing. At the moment im only using stock that we have guaranteed permissions for, but almost all the stock will change before the final release. Im currently using most of the stock from the Mid East 1.4.5 CD but NONE of that stock is going to be in MEP. At the moment though I cant use new stock in activities until all permissions are agreed, and some are at a delicate stage now.

All activities will be modified to use whatever newer versions are avilable and allowed prior to the routes release.

Overall just because you see screenshots of something on the route don't think that it WILL be on the disk. It all depends on permissions and other such factors.

Until the stock is finalised what you see is not nessaserally what you will get
