Yes it is Steve.
The other unit is a BRCW, but unfortunately Ali has used a Class 110.............. needs to be a Class 104 (which Chris used in his original thread)
However all these were long gone by the time Lincoln SM closed, they were used on the Lincoln SM to Crewe route.
Along with Swindon Class 120 units., which were in better condition.
What we really need is Lincoln twin units.........Derby Heavyweights, class 114s

I should add though that I believe one twin set of class110 was used for a short while in the late eighties on the Docaster to March line, after they were pulled off the Manchester route. I think it was a twin engine unit, bcause they were so life expired.

Thanks for that Jon,i barely remember the 1st gen units at barnetby when i was a lad and sure as hell couldnt tell you what they were, always the case you miss somming when its gone.

nice stuff Ali, a nice look at the less common interest of the railway world, and again showing atmosphere of a typical day's work very well, keep at it

Mid East plus is still in construuction and the guys taking screenshots are part of the beta testing team :)
