Fiddlers Ferry Coal with 47192

After a break from the videos, I'm back with this one of 47192 on a coal train to Fiddlers Ferry power station. The credits at the end now only include the route used and not the stock used due to it being quite time consuming and I don't think the authors of the stock seem to mind, please post if you are bothered by it though. Anyway, here's the video, hope you enjoy it:

That was an excellent video Richard, with penty of interesting vantage points and trains. I loved that bit with the two 37s in the tunnel. :D

Thanks :). I do try and portray MSTS in a light that isn't seen too often.

Thats one of mine :D Thanks for the video Richard - absolutely superb. Only one small criticism, and its not really your fault, is that that activity, although on the "modern" version, is in fact run entirely over parts of the route that have no overhead wires, so you could have unticked the box in the MSTS options.

Nice video! Takes me back to when everyone thought blue was boring, but now it's kind of a cool nostalgia thing.

Personally, I like the '70s era. Although nothing can match the atmosphere of the steam era, there was a large variety of 1st generation diesels and 'leccys on the go, many of which would not see the '80s.

Today seems rather bland by comparison, although that may be just me (in any case every generation says that).
A bit like when you get over 40 and teenage music just sounds like noise.

:D

Thanks, the 70s look like a great era! Not as good as steam but definitely looks interesting. It's strange though, I don't have that much interest in steam and seldom run it in MSTS but I do appreciate how good it must have been.

Sorry to ask, but is the "still" shots achieved by watching AI trains on the same run or invisi-wagons? Or is there a kind of magic key I don't know about?

There be a magic key :). Try 'ctrl+alt+9' in 'Tracking View'.
