I'll have a word with the powers that be David, but probably not.
However they are freely available from the websites linked to:
http://www.dutchtraindesign.com/
and only require a simple registration sign up.

the National Power facility at Ferrybridge has yet to be built, so we see the new NP Class 59/2s on Knottingley TMD. MidEastPlus

Available on 20th. December. :D
(sorry, that's two things you can't have just ATM)

Eeeeeww! They are clean

A wee bit of dirt on the grey would really improve them I think.

Dan

Hmm...think i'll steer clear then. Don't fancy signing up to something else just to be able to get them....

I'm very impressed with both the EWS and ARC 59's, but to be honest, unless someone does a re-skin, I won't bother with the National Power variant - without some muck (or even a little shading) I think they look so phoney from the waist down. Even a clean loco wouldn't look like this... :(

Cheers

Don't look like they're arriving today :-? I'm wondering if they've been taken out for a spin to dirty them before release

Hope it's nice and muddy out then! :P

Seriously, I do hope they will sort this out as the Dutch 59s are in all other respects excellent.

Cheers

It is harder than you think to make a photo of a black underframe into a nice white one :(

We did the best we could.

Weathering wont make them any better, it will make it worse, as even more detail in the texture will be lost....

So its really a case of "you get what your given."

I hope this helps

Thanks for the comments

Kind regards and Merry Christmas

Hi Matt

Understood, and I'm by no means denegrating achievements to date - I'm sure everyone did the best they could. I'm no modeller so can't and won't complain. It's just not for me...

Cheers
