Nice shots, but route quality looks a bit shoddy :(

Compairing LSC & Great Eastern,as they are both about the same price I would say that Great Eastern is the better of the two especialy if you have a high spec computer.

But for people like me who are on a low budget and can't afford the cost of a high spec computer, then I would say LSC.

I find LSC gives me far better frame rates with out turning the sliders down.

But surely full sliders of LSC is the equivalent to low sliders on GE so the excuse that they create products for low-spec machines (excuse to rattle out routes with little detail) is a bit flawed as anyone can turn down the sliders.

After buying their East Coast Express both parts which incidentally was poor I won't be buying this, compare this to LSE and Great Eastern and the later two win hands down. Do EB bother doing research, don't look like it does it.

Stock looks pretty good though, better than their ECE stock.

I agree with 40058. The value and quality of Great Eastern and LSE are far and away better than even what Ive seen of LSC. Even the fields in GE look real with all the weeds and hedgerows! I took a trip to Clacton on Wednesday to see the real thing and get some activity ideas, my conclusion is that GE is bloody amazing!

I know its just a simulation and both GE and LSC are obviously not foto-real and are quite obviously not the same as the real world, but I must say I find EB products rushed, perfect example the lack of Smitham and Reedham. Maybe Ill buy LSC one day, still got many track miles left to explore on GE tho - yet to drive the Southend, Harwich and Sudbury lines!

Could anyone show any shots of the Victoria - Redhill section of the route?. It will be interesting to see if a lot of the major inaccuracies, especially with trackwork, have been corrected.

I've spoken to various people and it seems most people don't comment on the sounds, which IMO are what EB do best in their products.
