Of the options:-

1: auto swich on at night,
2: on permenently, slightly visible during day
3 switched using H key (lights, usually)

I think I prefer the "H" key option, as then you can avoid any possibility of a frame hit if not wanted and retain a degree of control after installation, and if you want/need lights on the front, you'll want the pyrotechnic displays, too........they fit together.

Again, nothing wrong with giving people the option in the tutorial though???

yeah i think i will advise people to use the H key option because as you say it give the user control over his frame rate

but yes i will explain all three options in the tutorial.
