On the textures i used, the pics were taken with the cab door wide open, so had to model a door to fill the gap, Whenever ive been in a peak ive always got the door open, heat mainly the reason, and also the fact that you have to drop the seat back forward to shut the door, so you cant be bothered!
Perhaps i should of varied the door opening across the models, but alot of work for very little

From what I've heard, you put the heaters on in winter and 2 minutes later you have to have all the windows and doors open...

Thanks for the reply. I only asked as when I was a kid I had a few cab rides on these lovely machines out of St Pancras and I can never remember the doors being open (guess it was because we weren't really supposed to be in there and the driver didn't want my dad or I falling out!)

that's better than hampshire units - where the heater doesn't work at all!
In german the word for boiler is exactly the same as that for kettle... Now what does that tell you about steam locos?
