More or less strraight out of the box Jon.
Would it matter which two engines should be used. I've got 31131 lead and not sure what the trailing one is. :-?
I don't use conbuilder or Route Riter.

Hi Chris
It shouldn't, if its one of the AI locos, although Champy did say I'd done some of the BB boxes wrong..........but he wanted to make them longer....(dunno I've got a headache from editing).
Cheers

Well, there's the answer:

Might not be A1 though, this new PC seems quite happy with multiple driveable diesels.

Chris.

P.S. Here's a couple of virtual paracetamol for your headache.

Thanks Jon,
31231 trailing wasn't A1 but 31301 is and it's moving around a bit as you can see:

Hi Chris
You've got me confused....you shouldn't be able to drive an AI loco.
If your driving 31231...and pushing 31301...then you need to make the BB boxes larger as Champy did,and or alter the couplings to ridgid.
You may then need to increase the rearview lengths in the cvf file to make the rearcabview closer to the rear loco.
You must remember these locos were uploaded to work with patch 1.5.4 where you always stayed in the front loco cabs.
Cheers

Take another tablet Jon, ':D'
It's going from right to left in all 3 shots:
First pic. 231 is driveable but trailing.
Next two shots: 301 trailing but A1

You need to increase the Size line to increase the distance apart.
Then you will have to adjust the BB to match.

I also notice the cabview is too far back so that needs tweeking as well.

If it's got buffers it's Chain.

Hi Chris
Well I like the Class 40.... :P ..............but has it only got two exhausts?
Screenshots look very clear...did you say you had a new PC?
I always feel like I want to sit down on the ELR cabview though, the rear cab looks vey high, above the class 26.
Cheers

Hello Jon,
Yes, I removed the extra exhausts as a temporary measure, having a few problems with this one.
Will send you a p.m.

Chris.
