It is, if you look at the third headboard set, the top middle pic is the headboard on a Deltic :lol:

Sorry to sound so.......well.......serious here, but yes some freight trains had names. Take for instance the V2's, they were built for freight from Ungland to Scotland. Why do you think the first of the batch ( No. 4771 ) was named Green Arrow? The name of the freight it was built to haul was called Green Arrow aswell ( named before 4771 was, just in case anybody asks ). However, i'm not sure if it carried headboards, now that would have been an oddity :)
