Yep, it's sure been too cold for that for a while, but this draws on from a report sent in last night from the South of the County to say that our law officers had been called to a domestic disturbance following a man being locked out in his yard wearing nothing but his underwear. There is no further information on this at present, but we will keep you updated on any developments.
