"This is the BBC Home Service.

Passengers at London's Kings Cross station were surprised to find their express train replaced with hand pumping wagons as an energy saving measure during the current fuel crisis."

"Aye its a disgrace," one passenger was heard to say. "I paid two Guineas for my ticket and I at least expected a seat!"

"The Minister of State for Transport has asked the British Railways board to provide assurances that this will not be repeated on all of Britain's Railways."

The Disabled Discrimination Act contains things such as the colour of the doors and ease of access (look at the gap between the level of the platform compared to the pump trolley!).
