Looks good Richard.

Not nit-picking cos I know its a work in progress but looking at it for a while and it looked wrong but not sure why...
... the line in the body that runs under the cab window is far too long. it drops down the body after a while showing the world where the cab is attached. It does look really good though. Keep it up :)

OK, if you have any pictures of this, I will sort that out.

Anyone who wants to suggest a name for the loco please provide me with a photo of the plate and I'll put it on.

have a look on anton's to see what i mean.

I would like to suggest 390010 'Commonwealth Games 2002' but I don't have a photo of the nameplate.

This was the unit that operated the first revenue earning passenger service from Manchester to Birmingham International before the London service became operational.

Tony

[EDIT: Add the comment about why I would like to see CWG2002...]

Hey there Richard, nice to see you're using photo textures there - and what’s more, they look fantastic. I think the position of the overall features such as lights, windows etc are spot on, so i wouldn't go messing around with any of them! All you need to do is a little bit of tweaking for example ironing out some of the reflections and perhaps a little shadowing, and you'll be good to go! Very impressive, i wish I could run msts at the moment - it'd certainly be one for my collection!

Keep up the excellent work:D Its amazing what a good texture job can do for an aging model isn’t it

Corrected front ends, weathered undercarraige and roof around pentograph correct. Next to do, enhance the roof:

This looks great, will you be uploading it as a freeware model?

Richard, I must congratulate you on the excellent work so far with this. It has brought another good older model into its own with an upgraded texture file. Keep up the good work. If you want a sexy looking install to go with it ;-) you know where I am.

One small omission - you've missed the destination boards off the doors.
