Favourite locos???

Post by prairie4566 »

Hello everyone :D :D :D

Post some pictures of your favourite locos here, as I would like to see what others like and give opinions etc. :D Any route you like - I have appropriate ones :D  I don't have much to choose from because we have had Windows XP so it's downloads for me so far, but I'd say my favourite is the D3 639 - a pleasure to drive with the new cab / sounds she's got :D :D

Nice shoots! :D The last one was the best, with the sunlight in the background. But, I'm no great fan of foreign steam.

My favourite loco is 37427, as you probably can tell from my Avatar, here's some shots of it. First two are on the West Coastway, rest are on the London & The South East route. (Sorry, the pictures are so small, 'photobucket' resised it because of the file size):

The loco was made by Richard Armstrong & Mark Shipman, file download below:

Anyone like this loco? :D

A DMU? There's a favourite DMU? :o I suppose you have to like that Making Tracks model though. :D Off topic, but a real DMU I like is 101692 (now at the MRB) :D :D :D It was on its test run at the time we went on it. :D

Sticking with the Theme of EMU's  mine would be the class 442... always loved the look of the units and still think today they are the best looking EMU in service.

I have many favourites, to many too mention, and my opinions tend too change regularly, but at the moment the S&D 7F (no longer avalible  ).

And too add insult too injury, I went & deleted the photos of it from my website, and I never backed up the model

So I'll have too find anouther model too show

RobertM :D
Cheers, Robert :)

I think its only available on the Cd but there is an earlier version available to download.
Also how do you get the track like that on the Dorset Coast?
I tried using SCOTTRAX but it doesnt do anything as the route is made on UKFS.
Thanks. :)
